Building Rental

Thank you for your interest in using our church facility. At this time, Pinehouse Drive SDA Church is not renting the worship hall to other churches for regular church services. However, we are pleased to offer our facilities for community activities that have been approved by our church board, such as funeral services, weddings, gospel concerts, birthday parties, and other approved social gatherings in our basement. NO RENTALS FROM FRIDAY TO SATURDAY EVENINGS 

We kindly request that all programs and services held in our facility maintain a tone of reverence, respecting the sanctity of our place of worship. To proceed, please complete the attached application, and a member of our board will reach out to guide you through the approval process.

Dear Community Member, Thank you for your inquiry. Please note the following details about our facility rental policies: AVALABILITY: Our facility is UNAVAILABLE from FRIDAY EVENINGS to SATURDAY EVENINGS. Rental Restrictions: Currently, Pinehouse Drive SDA Church does not rent the worship hall for weekly regular church services by other religious organizations. The basement is available only for approved programs. Fee Structure: Fellowship Hall Rental: $200 Church Sanctuary: $200 Audio-Visual/Media Services: $30/hour per worker Kitchen Usage Damage Fee: $50 (refundable if no damage occurs) Approved Classrooms: $25/hour per room Please note that only approved rooms can be rented, and facilitators are responsible for any damages. You will receive a response regarding your request from one of our board members within two business days. Thank you for considering our church facilities.*
