Total Member Involvement (TMI) means creating a culture where every member is seen not simply as a church attendee but as an active participant in God’s mission. Every Member is encouraged to discover and use Every Gift God has given them, recognize Every Opportunity to serve both inside and outside the church, intentionally reach Every Person through relationships, service, witness, and discipleship, and ultimately contribute to the church’s Mission of reaching, relating, reviving, and restoring people through Christ’s love. In this way, TMI becomes a ministry philosophy where everyone has a place, everyone has a gift, every opportunity matters, every person matters, and everything points toward making disciples for Christ.
